Muhammet Zıvalı was born in Giresun in 1993. After completing his primary and secondary education there, he entered the Faculty of Education at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2011. After graduation, he began his professional career as a teacher in Siverek, Şanlıurfa.
He has studied educational sciences since high school and continued to develop his expertise in education. In 2016–2017, he received language training at Akdeniz University and the University of Alabama under the Ministry of National Education’s YLSY scholarship programme. In 2018, with the same scholarship, he began and subsequently completed a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counselling at the University of Malaya in Malaysia. His master’s research focused on using information and communication technologies to support the holistic development of people with dyslexia.
Since 2022, he has pursued doctoral research at the University of Malaya’s Faculty of Education on educational technologies and online reading comprehension. His work focuses particularly on online educational technologies and improving online reading comprehension skills.
